She loves her job as she’s not been in the area very long and gets to meet lots of new people, greeting our Members and visitors at the Rossis Reception Desk.
She likes to keep active – her favourite days are sunny and busy – she’s always doing something! Family and friends are very important to her and she says her proudest achievement is watching her children growing up and also getting right out of her comfort zone to return to education to study for a degree in Health Sciences.
Here at Rossis, she’d advise clients to try something new from time to time and push themselves just that little bit harder in order to reach their goals. She’s building up her own fitness with walking, yoga, swimming, running and Body Pump. She loves swimming as an all-round exercise plus yoga and pilates for posture and back strength. We asked her for her personal tip for staying fit and healthy and she told us “Don’t diet! It’s more sensible to look at what you’re eating - try to cut down on processed food. It’s so much better to eat natural, prepare your own meals and be relaxed about food and exercise”.
Going forward, Suzanne says she looks forward to making good friends at Rossis and having fun!
